It's 2pm and we haven't even opened our presents yet.
Christmas as a grown up sure is different than Christmas as a child, eh?
I still want to leave cookies for Santa and carrots for the reindeer - that was one of my favorite parts of Christmas. Oh, the magic, mystery, and wonderfulness of Christmas. It's not quite the same, but still such a wonderful season to spend time with family, which is far better than imagining Santa wriggling down the chimney while you sleep.
Merry Christmas, friends. May your day be filled with joy, love, hope, and magic.
Merry Christmas Ashley!! Hope you're enjoying those cupcakes :)
ReplyDeleteOh, those cupcakes look delicious!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean - our presents weren't open until almost noon.
Hope you're having a Merry Christmas, Ashley!
Merry Christmas Ashley! Those look amazing, and I think you could completely leave those cupcakes out for Santa still - you would just get to eat them for breakfast the next morning = )
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteHaha! At 8:30 this morning I turned over and stared at Colby until he woke up and then we came down and opened presents right away. Apparently, I am five years old at heart ;) Hugs and please eat one of those cupcakes for me--they look delish!!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas Ashley!
ReplyDeleteThose cupcakes look super good :)
I saw the Christmas funfetti cupcakes in the grocery store yesterday and did a little happy dance in the aisle.
ReplyDeleteThose look delicious. Merry Christmas Ashley!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you, too, lady! I hope it has been a lovely day for you and your husband and your family.
ReplyDeleteI love Christmas for the same reasons. It made me sad when we forgot to leave cookies out for Santa this year. (Even though it was probably a good idea since the dogs are ridiculous and would have eaten them instead.)
Merry Christmas my dear!!
ReplyDeleteThat looks SO DELICIOUS!! And Merry Christmas to you!!
ReplyDeleteCupcakes look scrumptious. Christmas as an adult IS much different. But still, so good.
ReplyDeleteThose cupcakes look to DIE for. Please come over & make them for me! ;]
