NaLetterPoMo! (Ha. Not Really.)*

Dear ETS -

You mostly annoy me, but I temporarily adore you. Because Mike kicked your rear this weekend on the GRE. I mean, seriously. He rocked it. Take that.

Dear NaBloPoMo -

It all started with you. Even my two trips this month, design class, and projects at work can't assuage the guilt I'd feel if I neglected you. Perhaps you will refine my writing and help me explore new corners of myself.

More likely, you'll cause me to realize that Ah! I haven't posted today! and pound out: "Uh, so I had Chipotle today. Oh! And a caramel macchiato. Food is good." before I crawl back in bed.

Awesome.

Dear You-

Before you unsubscribe from my feed, be sure to enter the Starbucks giveaway I'm hosting over here. And stop judging my lack of CSS skills while you're there, okay?

Seriously. Stop it.

Dear Body -

Remember when I used to take you running? Ahh. Those were the days. I'm just going to accept those two pounds you've added as the cost of these cookies and only running once a week.

It's cool. Just don't atrophy or whatever.

- Your Lover.

Dear Sunshine -

I'll miss you. A lot. Especially after 5pm.

See you in March!

Dear Luke & Lorelei -

In my world, you just got engaged. You'd better not screw anything up.

Dear Twitter -

Okay, I think I finally get those list things. It sort of feels like a popularity contest though - how many lists are YOU on?! How many people are following the lists you made!? How much does the world LOVE you!?

Maybe I'm just stupid for not figuring out how awesome they are?

Dearest Siblings -

Thank you for sharing your candy with me.

But seriously, someone took the Almond Joy I stole from little brother's bag set aside. Just put it in my mailbox and no questions will be asked.

  1. I love these little letters! You are adorable.

And yes, like Heidi Renee said, it's dark in Cali too. Boo! I hate the fall time change! Come back to us Mr. Sun!!!! :(

I love that you wrote a letter to LUke and Lorelei! Too funny! I totally want to start collecting "Gilmore Girl" seasons next!

  2. I love you for your obsession with Gilmore Girls. I own almost all the seasons and could totally watch them over and over forever. (Might go do that today, actually...)

I'm doing NaBloPoMo too. And I'm with you on the running thing. Today should be a running day, but I'm not really feeling it. We'll see!

  3. I would complain about the darkness, but I got an extra hour of sleep on a night that I really needed it. Although, I was really confused when I woke up that morning and it was all light out, I was like, shit, what time is it? Did I oversleep? I still couldn't shake off the feeling even though logically I knew it was just the time change.
