Vacation is a glorious, glorious thing. Particularly when the internet isn't involved (no offense, internet, but sometimes I can be a little too addicted to you.) I'm feeding my Jodi Picoult addiction, playing with kids, walking on the beach, frolicking in the ocean, and enjoying a Project Runway marathon.
Oh. And catching some rays. I'm not one to bare my body to the internet, but I just HAD to show you this:
"I only wear sunscreen on my face and shoulders," I told everyone,
"I don't really burn."
"I don't really burn."
holyyyy ouch! the sun is ridiculous down there, you get so burnt and you don't even realize it til it's too late! aloe! feel better!
ReplyDeleteOUCH! I hope you have some aloe! Also, aspirin can help with the inflammation, redness, and soreness too.

Glad to hear you're enjoying your summer! :)
Ouch! I swear, Myrtle Beach is the worst for getting burnt! For some reason, I always get burnt the worst when there.
ReplyDeletehubs says a base tan provides sun protection equivalent to SPF 3. One of the only interesting things he's told me since entering medical school.
