One of my college housemates visited me a few weeks ago (on my birthday!) and made this for me. I was OBSESSED.
All you need is four cans: refried beans, black beans, corn, and broth.
Oh! And some shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla chips:
Mix all the contents of the cans (drain them first) and as much cheese as you'd like and simmer:
It looks like nasty muddy water, but it's gooood.
To serve - place some chips in a bowl:
Pour some soup on the chips:
Add more cheese and eat!
Yum.
